TPG Lending Process
Purchase a property to rehab and flip, or a property to rehab and turn into a rental? Pull cash-out of an investment property you already own? Restructure the debt you already have on an investment property?
We will do a preliminary review of the property, your plan, and your financial situation. If your loan request is within our guidelines, we will customize a loan program that will meet your situation and will issue you a “Letter of Interest” that will spell out the exact terms of the loan.
We will set a time to meet with you to answer any questions, collect any needed documents, and to sign the application documents.
We will appraise the property, underwrite for final approval, and send all final loan documents to escrow for signing and closing. Please contact us if you have any questions or need help.

Loan App (Form 1003). Lenders require complete VOE declaring all positions held for the last two years of employment history.
Please attache a scanned copy or .pdf file for 2 years of federal and state tax returns to accompnay your loan aplication.
